We wanted to thank and appreciate our Security Officer Mr.Hassan Raza for his prompt response during a stabbing which took place at Chatswood Interchange site.
Hassan arrived at the scene and quickly provided first aid treatment to the wounded person and dealt with the situation in a calm and professional manner, showing empathy and diligence.
The victim was taken to hospital within minutes and transferred to the emergency operations centre.
The Chatswood LAC has thanked our security team for going above and beyond for the victim and ensuring all customers were safe and free from the danger zone. The offender was caught by the Police, with the assistance of our Security team within minutes after the incident.
Hassan Raza’s attitude displayed a positive reflection of our Chatswood Interchange Security team. He was also awarded a Certificate of Commendation.
